We are seeking an experienced, full time Service Advisor to join our team.

Based in Brockton, MA, we are an authorized dealer of several lines of construction equipment and a full service, parts, and warranty repair center, specializing in forest machinery, utility equipment, and light and heavy trucks.

We are also the area’s leading authorized repair facility for CAT, Kubota, Perkins, Deutz, Kohler, Isuzu, Scania and Cummins diesel engines.

Service Adviser Responsibilities Include:

• Works under direct supervision of Service Manager
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Work closely with service technicians and parts personnel
• Plan and dispatch service technician appointments based on parts availability and customer needs
• Collect all warranty documentation and submit all warranty claims

Skills and Qualifications Desired:

• Customer service experience in a related field
• MUST have Service Advisor experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Warranty submission experience
• Ability to work extended hours when needed
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and can handle a high stressed environment
